What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of technical sales engineers
  • Supporting large organizations in achieving their business goals
  • Working closely with the Vice President of Solution Engineering
  • Guiding a team of SEs on sales best practices
  • Engaging with prospects and customers and offering demo if required
  • Leading and driving a team to meet all revenue targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams within a global environment
  • Working closely with VP of Sales to achieve business objective
  • Presenting convincing solutions to prospects with differentiated business value
  • Collaborating with Management team to understand account mix and pinpointing sales opportunities
  • Recruiting and performing employee review
  • Participating in strategic deals and supporting team members when they require to grow
  • Problem solving and offering strategic approach to resolve issues
  • Able to support the Solution Engineering team by providing guidance on sales
  • Communicating effectively with Product Marketing, Development, and Sales Management teams


  • Proficiency with SaaS and ERP
  • Director of Solution Engineering will be proficient with SaaS and ERP technologies
  • Proven leadership expertise
  • Strong communication skill
  • Creative problem solving approach
  • Solid experience in pre-sales
  • Over 7-years’ experience in a pre-sales organization
  • More than 5 years of experience in pre-sales leadership position
  • Over 5 years of experience in ERP domain
  • Knowledge in Cloud and Sales
  • Multi-tasking and good time-management
