Remuneration: £ 65000.00 - £ 80000.00 per annum

Our client is a fast-growing global B2B media company providing essential information on commodity markets. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual specialising in HRIS/Workday to automate and improve the functionality of their current HCM tool (Workday); assist in the digitalisation of their HR function and implementation of their Workday Advanced Compensation and Performance modules.

What will you be doing?
  • Configure and develop change across multiple applications and integration systems
  • Create and maintain relevant data structures and plans within the Workday System and run end-to-end testing
  • Oversee data integration within Workday
  • Provide configuration design ideas & solutions
  • Prepare user training materials and conduct training
  • Design Workday reports
  • Look into support queries and solve them
  • Support automation and process improvement across all HR Systems
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as and when required
  • Participate in Workday release cycles involving the following activities:
  • Suggesting changes to existing and new functionalities
  • Preparing documents for additional functionality and impacts.
  • Overseeing regression testing
  • Keeping functional process guides, training materials and user guides up to date
  • Assigning Security roles to new HR users

  • Experience in UAT and regression system testing
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion.
  • Critical thinker with strong time-management, organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines also a must.
  • Experience in customer facing environment.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • A go-getter attitude and passion for teamwork
  • Strong coordination and time management skills
  • Experience working on bespoke software solutions or products in a software house environment
  • Experience with configuration of Advanced Comp and Performance modules in Workday Attributes
