Remuneration: £ 55000.00 - £ 70000.00 per annum

The company is looking for a candidate experienced in managing a Workday system and the continuous improvement of business process and system functionality to help achieve long term business objectives.

What will you be doing?
• Responsible to carry out routine technical functions
• Manage and resolve Workday issue tracking to maximize customer service
• Work on enhancing existing configuration to maximise product offering
• Take care of system & data security in the application
• Maintain and review release management documentation and upgrade process
• Collaborate with Process Owners to ensure optional enhancements in the application features
• Continuously work with IT people to review, maintain & upgrade the system as per requirement
• Assist as a Secretary for People Services Design Authority
• Make sure People Data maintenance strategy is properly followed, monitored and cleansed to maximise service delivery
• Oversee Supports development of People Analytics as required
• Ensure GDPR compliance is strictly followed
• Ready to take any assignment as per the requirement of the company

Requirements:

Essential

• Comprehensive experience of working under framework of a core People Systems role that covers HCM & Payroll functionalities.
• Possess configuration expertise
• Handle HR systems & other internal and external systems integrations
• Collaborate with internal IT functions to ensure People systems work well in overall IT architecture
• Oversee 3rd party relationship and raise support tickets
• Exposure to People MI Analytics with advanced report writing
• Should be able to work within an established People Shared Services environment and make sure all People Transactional Services are properly managed to augment customer experience
• Ensure robust customer service experience
• Have completed degree level education
• Ability to work in team
• Should be able to deliver within strict deadlines
• Have a drive to improve existing processes
