Location: Munich, Germany
Remuneration: € 65000.00 - € 75000.00 per annum

What will you be doing?

They have a fantastic opportunity available for a young and dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join their sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the building sales strategies located on data analysis and
forecasts
• Building and optimising sales processes to improve conversion, shortens
sales cycles and maximises deal closing
• Aligning with the sales management to define , structure and assign sales
territories and build a proper team structure
• Owning, measuring and evaluating sales data for accurate forecasting
and performance management
• Using data insights into actions to facilitate decision-making and support
the sales teams and management
• Collaborating with your partners & stakeholders such as sales leaders,
sales people

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales operations management in SaaS
companies
• Comprehensive understanding of B2B software sales processes and CRM
tools
• In-depth experience of Salesforce Administrator and having a
certification would be an added advantage
• Be a data driven and strong in defining processes
• Enjoy cross-functional collaboration
• Passionate about quality control and efficiency
• Excellent in English communication
