What will you be doing?

This role is uniquely positioned to directly impact both the client and employee experience of our firm in profound ways through industry leading CRM architecture and relevant innovation. The best Salesforce Administrators have a strong reputation for helping teams leverage the CRM system to drive unique and memorable client experiences in a controlled, consistent and scalable manner. Associate will work across each department manager to coach best practices and drive behavioral habit, where needed.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO ONCE HERE

  • Continuously improve the client experience through thoughtful and planned CRM development and workflows
  • Work closely with other departments to design and implement improved processes and operational policies
  • Organize collected company and client data in a manner that produces true business intelligence or client intelligence insights
  • Manage CRM including support requests and administrative needs of all users, by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues
  • Direct configuration of new and existing workflows and CRM features, including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, email templates, lightning pages, etc.
  • Integrate and maintain data feeds into Salesforce from key software vendors, custodians, telephony, and other 3rd party sources
  • Live in the business, working hand in hand with internal teams to analyze performance of the business and recommend improvements to critical business processes
  • Proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve business needs
  • Design and build reporting dashboards unique to departments throughout company
  • Develop and prioritize the CRM roadmap in partnership with team members
  • Ensure all modifications flow the change control process including changes in sandbox environments, testing, and sign-off
  • Train end users on new features and updates
  • Design, develop and maintain complex applications including customizations and integrations
  • Learn and adapt to new software and technology, as rolled out by our innovation team
  • Maintain and enhance user mobility of Salesforce on tablet, surface and mobile phones
  • Expand professional development in meaningful and impactful ways
  • Actively engage in available training and education programs

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical or business discipline
  • Familiar with concepts of wealth management, tax services, accounting and/or legal services
  • Minimum of 3+ years Salesforce Admin experience being a high achiever with a reputation for being a Rockstar that gets things done
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201, ADM-211, ADM-301), Salesforce Cloud Consultant
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Demand Tools, Workbench)
  • Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience with Lightning Reports and Dashboards creation, Process Automation, Security configuration
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience working with an enterprise level Salesforce.com instance
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes within financial services
  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating and deploying solutions to end users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent project management skills (i.e., working in iterative projects)
  • Strong understanding of Agile based development practices and Sprint planning strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage lateral and upwards
  • Experience working with remote locations and teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Apple iOS mobile; must be very tech savvy
  • United States work authorization
  • Criminal Background check is required
