A position has been created within an award-winning software vendor for a VP of Partner Success to be based in their London HQ.

As the VP of Partner Success, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a global Partner Success team, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and products. You’ll be an integral part of this customer-centric organisation who boasts an excellent network of delivery partners (including the biggest Global System Integrators).


You’ll have the chance to influence and interact with senior stakeholders of the business across the globe and as a result, international travel will make up around 50% of the role. Meaning you’ll get to see the world while helping this organisation achieve Partner success.


What will you be doing?

Since you’re a confident leader with a track record of inspiring teams and collaborating with cross-functional senior stakeholders you’re looking for a role where you’ll be:


  • Creating and leading a Partner Success Programme and a team that ensures Partner Delivering Readiness
  • Leading your team in building relationships with integration partners, including GSIs and Regional/Tier 2 partners
  • Managing Partner Delivery Quality, Red Projects, Partner C-Sat Scores, and Referenceable Customers
  • Driving strategy to grow skilled capacity in partners for the regions in-line with customer demand and license growth
  • Establishing governance; including:
    • Operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues
    • Monitoring partner delivery results
    • Making recommendations and plans, which will include the development of joint solutions, solution enablement, delivery quality monitoring
  • Driving the development of program best practices by establishing processes, procedures, templates, and tools to support overall partner program

  • Experience of working in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Presentation skills
  • Experienced in global markets, customs and individual country business protocols and dynamics
  • Ability to manage and coach teams
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy
  • Meeting with Partners and Clients across the portfolio will be essential and so you must be open to up to 50% international trav
